Prices are in euros and are per person, per day, for a double room, including buffet breakfast, for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

On January 1, 2014, the local tax (“Local Tax” Provincial Law number 9 of 16/05/2012) entered into force in South Tyrol. The proceeds are used to build and maintain infrastructure and services, as well as for organizing cultural and sports events. The local tax amounts to € 2.50 per person (from age 14 upwards) per day.

• Children under 6 years of age sharing a room with parents receive a 50% discount
• Children who have not yet turned 12, staying in their parents' room, receive a 30% discount
• Supplement for short stays of fewer than 4 nights, 5 euros per person per day
• Supplement for single room, 5 euros per person per day
• Supplement for a double room used as a single room, 18 euros per day

On the day of arrival, the room will be ready from 2:00 pm onwards. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am.

Pets are allowed upon request.

Inside the building smoking is forbidden. Please limit smoking to outdoors on the balcony.

In case of cancellation no right to repayment of the deposit. In case of cancellation 15-8 days before arrival 70%, less than 8 days 100% of the total price. The event of early departure or later arrival, the whole booked period will be charged. We recomand a travel cancellation insurance for avoid cancellation costs according to articles 1382 and 1341 of italian law.
